MockupTown (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the website mockuptown.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and tools.

MockupTown is built around a simple idea: you should be able to create mockups without giving us your data.

No accounts. No databases.

We do not require sign-up, login, or any personal information to use our tools. There is no user database. We do not store your name, email, IP address, or any personally identifiable information on our servers.

Everything runs in your browser.

Every mockup tool processes your input and generates images entirely within your browser. Your images and text never leave your device and are never uploaded to or stored on any server.

Pro Visa license keys

If you purchase Pro Visa, a license key is delivered to you by Polar (our payment processor). This key is stored only in your browser's local storage and a cookie on your device. We do not store license keys, payment details, or purchaser identities on our servers. Polar acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and receipts under their own privacy policy.

Cookies and Notice Banner

We use a cookie notice banner to inform you about cookie usage on MockupTown. By clicking "Okay" on our banner or by continuing to use this website, you agree to our use of cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising.

  • Consent - remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice banner.
  • License key - stores your key locally (only if you've purchased Pro Visa).
  • Third-party cookies - placed by Google and Microsoft to serve ads and collect aggregate analytics.

You can manage or clear cookies at any time directly through your web browser's settings.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements on our site. Google and its partners use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to MockupTown and other websites across the Internet.

Data retention

Since we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to retain. License keys exist only in your browser. Cookies can be cleared from your browser at any time.
