Every tool works the same way: open it, type your content, and the mockup renders instantly in your browser. Everything you generate stays on your device - nothing is sent to a server unless you deliberately export or share it.
There's no account to create and no email to enter. The free tier is genuinely free: PNG exports at standard resolution, unlimited tool runs, and commercial use. You can use what you create in marketing campaigns, presentations, pitch decks, or social content without restriction.

Why we exist
Most "free" design tools pay for themselves by uploading your work, showing ads, or selling your data. We don't. MockupTown runs entirely in your browser, so there's nothing to harvest. That's the whole point - privacy isn't a feature we sell, it's how the tools work.
Every tool renders using HTML canvas or SVG in your browser. No server-side processing, no image uploads, no session storage. When you close the tab, your data is gone. That's by design.
What's coming next
More platform skins for the chat and comment tools, better video export options, and tighter integration between tools. We're also working on batch workflows so you can generate multiple mockups in one session. If you have a tool you want to see, let us know.

No - every generator on the site runs free in your browser, and optional Pro upgrades only change export resolution.
Will my drafts stay private?
Yes. The generators process whatever you type locally, so your drafts and images never touch our servers.
What can I export?
PNG everywhere, SVG where vector output makes sense, MP4 from the animated chat tools, and PDF from the document utilities.
Are these mockups allowed by the platforms they imitate?
They are design stand-ins meant for demos, teaching and clearly-marked content. Using them to impersonate real people or brands would breach our terms - and theirs.
